I liked this book much better than the first one. Armstrong add depth and personal growth to the characters in such a short time without making it obvious. I am finding that I like the Simon less and less and Derek more and more. Simon is now the most immature character aside from Rae. The story is becoming more about Derek than anyone and Armstrong does this by entwining the his life with Chloe more and more with each page. I am interested in watching how Chloe and Derek change and mature from this point on.
